Houston is hitting it big again in the latest U.S. Census Bureau statistics.  Between July 2015 and July 2016 the city of Houston added 18,666 new residents, ranking Houston among the cities United States that have seen the most population growth.

In addition to the tremendous growth in the Houston area, the city of Conroe which lays just north of the Houston area has ranked as one of the fastest-growing cities in America.

The city of Conroe is home to many notable corporations such as ExxonMobil, FMC Technologies – not to mention the expansions of newly built hospitals to accommidate the increasing population of the area.

Many find the Conroe area to have great school options, and fantastic newly developed master-planned communities.  The allure of Conroe, Texas has brought many developers into the area picking up parcels of the open land and creating master piece communities such as: Waterfront on Lake  Conroe, Woodforest, Stillwater, Valley Ranch, Grand Central Park and also the highly anticipated Balmoral.  Balmoral, a Land Tejas development, will be home to the first crystal lagoon in the Houston area.
