Land Tejas Wins Multiple PRISM Awards

Developer Land Tejas won three Houston’s Best PRISM Awards in a recent ceremony and was named a finalist in 10 other categories in the annual event hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association.

Land Tejas was honored with 13 awards at the Greater Houston Builders Association’s 2017 Houston’s Best PRISM awards, recognizing the industry’s top performers in sales, marketing and development.

Grand Central Park Announces Plans for Nature-Inspired Gathering Place

Grand Central Park, Montgomery County’s newest master-planned community, has announced it will add a quaint, nature-inspired gathering place known as Trillium Park within its first phase of new homes.

Named after the perennial flowering plants planned for the new setting, Trillium Park will open this summer with a babbling brook leading to a covered pavilion complete with picnic tables and other sitting areas.

Katy’s Cane Island Wins Award for Best Community Feature

Cane Island’s Living Arches, part of the Katy master-planned community’s impressive arrival experience, has won a Texas Star Award for Best Special Feature of a Community.

Presented by the Texas Association of Builders, the Texas Star Awards showcase the outstanding work of builders, remodelers, architects, designers and sales, marketing and construction professionals throughout Texas.  The award is the only statewide tribute to excellence in the home building industry.
