Master-planned Woodforest has launched a summer campaign that will give new home buyers instant access to the community’s many amenities and the possibility of instantly organized drawers and closets.

Woodforest Opens Model Home Park

(Montgomery, Texas – April 13, 2015)  Builders have opened a model home park in Deerbourne Ridge, Woodforest’s newest neighborhood.

Highland Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes and Village Builders each have opened models in the neighborhood, which will feature more than 400 homesites that will be released in six sections.

Falls at Imperial Oaks Has Not Faced a Lot Shortage

(Houston, TX) –The Houston new home market continues to surge, motivating builders to focus on new construction. But due to lot constraints, builders simply can’t ramp up construction too fast, which is the number one reason Houston is faced with slowing paces. The Houston market has faced an overall lot shortage the last few years.  However, Holcomb Properties, developer for Falls at Imperial Oaks, hasn’t felt the lot pinch during the real estate boom due to its 1,000 acre land expansion plan that will continue to build-out the master-planned community over the next few years.
