Woodforest is again the most active master-planned community in Montgomery County, according to data compiled by housing consulting firm Metrostudy.
Metrostudy recently released its annual list of Houston’s top 25 developments based on the number of houses builders started. Woodforest ranked No. 4 in the Houston area for 2015 with 409 housing starts, nearly 100 more than the next Montgomery County development on the list. This is the second year Woodforest has earned the No. 4 spot.
Master-planned Woodforest has launched a summer campaign that will give new home buyers instant access to the community’s many amenities and the possibility of instantly organized drawers and closets.
