Chesmar Homes recently opened sales in the much anticipated Cheswood Forest Townhome community of Montgomery County’s Woodforest.  Debuting are two decorated model show homes featuring Craftsman-style details.  Included is the energy saving, building science construction practices for which Chesmar Homes has become known, offering lower cost of operation to its homebuyers.
