Sienna Plantation Announces 4th Recreation Center

Sienna Plantation has announced plans for a community recreation center in the Village of Sawmill Lake, the development’s newest collection of neighborhoods.

Located along the banks of Sawmill Lake, the Sawmill Lake Club will be Sienna’s fourth resident multi-purpose center and will offer residents access to the community’s fifth on-site pool. In addition to a pool, the facility will have a fitness center, playground and space for events. Site work has begun for the facility, which is expected to open in 2017.

Citing a desire to live with others who also care about the environment, the first Newmark Homes buyers to move into Harvest Green are excited about their new home in Houston’s first agri-hood.

Noel and Jade Dean had looked at homes for about six months and had even selected another community when they heard about Harvest Green by chance.

Rediscover Treasures April 2 at Sienna Plantation Garage Sale

Sienna Plantation residents are doing a little spring cleaning, and treasure hunters will benefit at the community’s Rediscover Treasures Garage Sale 7-10 a.m. Saturday, April 2.

Gently-used clothing, books, household items and more will be on display in the parking lot of Club Sienna, 9600 Scanlan Trace. More than 90 vendors are expected to participate.

Woodforest Plans Multi-Family Garage Sale March 11-12

Bargain hunters will want to head to Woodforest this week, as the master-planned community is hosting its annual spring garage sale March 11 and 12.

More than 100 residents are expected to participate in the community-wide event, open 8 a.m. to noon each day. Sales will be held at individual homes throughout Woodforest. Maps of participating homes will be available at the Homefinder Lodge, 101 Elk Trace Parkway.

RIVERSTONE ANNOUNCES TOP REALTORS

Kunal Seth with RE/MAX Fine Properties retains his standing as Riverstone’s top-selling Realtor for a second consecutive year selling more homes in the Fort Bend master-planned community last year than any other Realtor.

Other top sellers in Riverstone for 2015 were Stanley Mani with Stanley John, LLC., who placed second, and Gladys Wang with Champions Real Estate Group, who had the third highest sales.

NEWMARK STARTS SALES IN NEW RIVERSTONE NEIGHBORHOOD

Newmark Homes has begun sales in Pebble Creek, a new neighborhood in top-selling Riverstone.

More than a dozen homes have already sold in Pebble Creek, which is a continuation of the builder’s successful program in the Millwood neighborhood of Riverstone, said Mike Moody, president of Newmark Homes.
