Even as Sienna Plantation develops its final neighborhoods, it continues to rank as one of the nation's best-selling master-planned communities. The Fort Bend community ranked #16 among the nation's top-20 best-selling master-planned communities for 2013, according to a report by Robert Charles Lesser & Co.
New Sienna Neighborhoods Now Available
As the final pieces of Sienna Plantation fall into place, some of its best neighborhoods have opened among heavily wooded areas in the community with each reflecting Sienna's Italian namesake.
With a record-breaking 791 new-home sales in 2013, Riverstone is now ranked No. 6 on two lists of the nation's top-selling master-planned communities and is the second-highest-ranking development in Texas.
A total of nine Texas communities were included on the surveys, compiled by John Burns Real Estate Consulting and Robert Charles Lesser & Co.
The west Houston master-planned community of Cross Creek Ranch experienced a 69-percent increase in new home sales for 2013, the second-largest jump among the nation's master-planned communities, according to a new report from Robert Chrles Lesser & Co. With 509 new home sales in 2013, Cross Creek Ranch also ranks #13 among the nation's top-20 selling master-planned communities, according to the same report.
(Montgomery, Texas – Jan. 13, 2014) Woodforest has again been ranked among the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, landing at No. 15 on a list compiled by real estate think tank Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO).
Woodforest ranked No. 16 among the nation’s top-selling communities in a report released earlier this week by independent research firm John Burns Real Estate Consulting.

Riverstone builders sold 791 homes in the community last year, an increase of 31 percent over record-breaking numbers in 2012. The increase moved Riverstone up one spot on each list.
