Johnson Development Corp. is kicking off a super promotion that could have players scoring big during the “JDC $100,000 Gridiron Giveaway.”
“All eyes are on Sunday, Feb. 5, when the biggest game in football comes to Houston, and we wanted to host an equally big promotion,” said Doug Goff, Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Development.

In partnership with the Rotary Club of the Brazos River, the Fulshear community will offer hayride tours of residents’ brightly bedecked homes. The festive event also will include holiday treats, entertainment and pictures with Santa.
Houston-based Johnson Development Corp. is the area’s busiest, with more projects on a recently released list of most active communities than any other developer.
Zippia recently surveyed 279 cities across the Lone Star State and found the City of West University Place to be the happiest place.
West U's Mayor Susan Sample says she is not surprised and well, she's happy about the selection. Bellaire follows West U on the list at No. 2, with Colleyville at No. 3 and Greatwood, a golf-centric community off Interstate 59 South, checks in at No. 5. These suburban cities came in well above their Dallas sisters, namely Highland Park, which showed up at No. 7 and University Park at No. 10.
