Brian Dean Named CEO of Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center

Memorial Hermann Health System recently announced the promotion of Brian Dean, MPH, MBA, to Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center (TMC), effective August 23. Previously Dean served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Memorial Hermann-TMC and has been serving as interim CEO since February when Craig Cordola, former CEO, was promoted to Senior Vice President and Regional President for the Central/West Region for Memorial Hermann.

Midtown Houston Selected For Proposed Office Building

Transwestern has been retained to lease a proposed office building in Midtown Houston, one of the first office projects to be built in the area in years. Midtown is located south of downtown and north of the Texas Medical Center.

            The 203,316-square-foot office building will be part of Mid Main, a 214,612-square-foot mixed-use project being developed by RHS Interests Inc. The eight-story office building will be located at 3501 Main St. in Houston’s Midtown submarket.
