Visitors will be treated to a variety of baseball themed activities including ballpark food & drinks, games, a scavenger hunt and crafts.  Perry Homes has opened a new, luxury model home in the highly anticipated community at I-45 and Loop 336 where it is offering three, four and five-bedroom homes, starting in the $310s, in Grand Central Park’s first phase.  

Conroe Regional Medical Center Nurse Stakes Claim as Grand Central Park’s First New Homebuyer

One of the greater Houston area’s most anticipated master-planned communities has its first new homebuyers.

Shortly after Grand Central Park announced its line-up of new homebuilders, Sally Sangil of Conroe, a Registered Nurse at Conroe Regional Medical Center, signed on the dotted line with Perry Homes.  With the hospital located across the street from Grand Central Park, Sangil says she can practically walk to work.

Jordan Ranch Adds J. Patrick Homes to List of Builders

 Jordan Ranch, a new master-planned community in Fulshear, is adding J. Patrick Homes to its growing list of builders.
