Bagley Pecan Harvest Festival Sunday before Thanksgiving in Historical Richmond

The City of Richmond and West Fort Bend Management District will be reinstating the famed Pecan Harvest Festival highlighting the rich history of Bagley Pecans on Sunday, November 20th, to celebrate the harvesting season of the pecan and the stately pecan trees which are ubiquitous to the area. A variety of vendors and activities will be provided from 1:00- 6:00 pm on this Fall Sunday afternoon!

The City of Richmond’s Wessendorff Park was created with an acoustically sound Gazebo to satisfy musical tastes in a peaceful park setting.  That gazebo will be tested with a FREE all-day musical event presenting  a variety of musical genres to all who come out to enjoy!  Morton Street Music is back to introduce Concert on the Creek on Saturday May 21st.  Rob Quarles, himself a musician, has desired to produce a music festival in historic downtown Richmond for several years.

Spring Arts Festival May 14-15 in Downtown Rosenberg

The Rosenberg Main Street Program will hold the Spring Arts Festival in historic downtown Rosenberg on Saturday and Sunday, May 14-15, 2016. The festival will include art activities and events including the following:
• The Spring Art Show of the Art League of Fort Bend (ALFB) in downtown Rosenberg at 2012 Avenue G (The Art Show reception from 12-5 PM on Saturday will feature free snacks and live music)

Free Concert On The Creek at Wessendorff Park in Historical Downtown Richmond

Please join us this Friday, October 30th for a music festival produced by Morton Street Music.  This is a FREE family event....bring your own blanket, chair and ice chest of beverages!  Provided will be a variety of 6 artists/bands and 4 food trucks from 6:00 - 11:00pm!
The plan is to do these every Spring & Fall and grow it to an all day event by 2017!  You definitely want to catch this first one Friday night.....weather looks like it couldn't be more perfect!
