Leading builders are coming to Veranda, the newest project of premier residential developer Johnson Development Corp.
The City of Richmond was officially awarded Bronze Certification by the Scenic City Certification Program of Scenic Texas on October 6 in Austin. Richmond is one of 23 cities earning certification or recertification in 2016.

ROSENBERG, TEXAS (November 6, 2013): The governing bodies of Richmond and Rosenberg each took action in separate meetings on Tuesday, November 5, to authorize staff to prepare amendments to the cities Groundwater Reduction Plans (GRPs) in accordance with a request from the Fort Bend Subsidence District (District) at their October 23 meeting.
The District requested that the cities of Richmond and Rosenberg begin discussions with its regulatory committee regarding amendments to the cities’ GRPs that would include groundwater transport as a possible alternative water source.
