Woodforest Adds Darling Homes to New Gated Enclave

Master-planned Woodforest is introducing a second builder into its Russet Peak neighborhood — Darling Homes.

Darling Homes will offer luxury patio homes in the gated enclave, which features 54 wooded homesites. Buyers will be able to choose from seven home designs, with pricing starting in the $380,000s. A model is expected to open this spring, showcasing such features as a covered patio, outdoor fireplace, upstairs wet bar and media room.

Conroe’s Grand Central Park will host an information gathering and get together for prospective homebuyers, complete with fresh-from-the-campfire S’mores, on Saturday, February 13 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

 Darling Homes has expanded its presence in the Montgomery County master-planned community of Woodforest where the Houston homebuilder will add new luxury homes presenting the timeless designs of the early 1900’s.

One of Darling Homes’ most popular designs, the American Classic Series features front porch columns set in brick or stone, classic siding trim, transom windows, interior beadboard finishes and large and covered porches.

Woodforest Invites Public To Spirit & Sparkle Holiday Lights Tour

(Montgomery, Texas – Dec. 4, 2014)  Woodforest will shine bright Dec. 13 during the Spirit & Sparkle holiday lights tour.

The festivities kick off 6-7 p.m. with caroling by Restoration Church, hot cocoa and sweet treats at the Woodforest Homefinder Lodge, 101 Elk Trace Parkway. Maps of participating homes will be available, as will ballots allowing visitors to select the best decorated home and neighborhood.
