Lennar's new model home now open in the Conroe community of Laurel Ridge
Elyson, a new community in the Katy Independent School District, will celebrate its official grand opening in October, but early visitors are already welcome to preview new model homes priced from the $200,000s to $600,000s.
Located at Grand Parkway and FM 529, eight miles north of I-10 West, Elyson offers new homes by Chesmar, Darling, David Weekley, Highland, Perry, Pulte, Trendmaker and Westin.
Newland Communities has announced a lineup of eight homebuilders for the first phase of Elyson, its 3,642-acre community at Grand Parkway and FM 529, approximately six miles north of I-10 West.
Chesmar Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Pulte, Trendmaker Homes and Westin Homes will build in the first phase of Elyson, which will include 337 homes. The community’s grand opening is planned for this fall.
A chance historical photograph solidified the naming of the newest project of The Johnson Development Corp., Veranda.
General manager Trey Reichert and his team had been contemplating the name Veranda for the 590-acre Richmond property near the northwest corner of Williams Way Boulevard and U.S. 59 before happening upon the photo.
The Johnson Development Corp. has broken ground on its latest Houston-area community, Jordan Ranch.
The 1,350-acre Fort Bend community is located one mile south of Interstate 10 near the Grand Parkway, giving residents easy access to the Energy Corridor, shopping and dining in Katy and other employment and entertainment centers. Approximately 2,800 homes are planned for Jordan Ranch, and nearly 500 homesites will be available in the development’s first phase.
