With its Amenity Village complete and sales of new homes maintaining a healthy pace, the Texas 288 master-planned community of Meridiana has expanded its management team by adding Nina Hutchinson as Lifestyle Coordinator.
The 500-acre master planned community of StoneCreek Estates in Rosenberg is home to a beautiful new Meritage Homes neighborhood offering a choice of 60- and 65-foot homesites starting in the $230s.

Santa Claus is coming to town a little early this year. On Saturday, December 10 from 1-4 p.m., the Lakes of Savannah Santa Stop free public event will offer an appearance by Santa Claus, holiday treats, activities for kids of all ages and the opportunity to make the holidays a little brighter for deserving children in need.
Santa Stops Here….in Tomball at Woodtrace on Sunday December 11 from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. The Woodtrace Santa Stop event is free and open to the public and will take place at the new Woodtrace Recreation Center located at the center of the gated master--planned community by Friendswood Development Company.
