Darling Homes, a leading Texas homebuilder, will unveil a brand-new model home from its Luxury Patio Series at Woodforest in Montgomery this month.
The new model home is one of seven floor plans from Darling Homes’ signature patio collection that will be offered in the homebuilder’s latest expansion of just 22 home sites in the private, gated enclave of Russet Peak at Woodforest.

Darling Homes will offer luxury patio homes in the gated enclave, which features 54 wooded homesites. Buyers will be able to choose from seven home designs, with pricing starting in the $380,000s. A model is expected to open this spring, showcasing such features as a covered patio, outdoor fireplace, upstairs wet bar and media room.
Popular Montgomery County community Woodforest is spreading holiday cheer with an invitation for the public to participate in a series of festive activities, Dec. 7 - 10.
