Kingsley will feature 43 50-foot properties and homes by Gracepoint Homes and Wendell Legacy Homes. The builders are planning a selection of Southern-styled homes in Kingsley, with broad front porches accented by columns reminiscent of Craftsman architecture.

Gracepoint Homes President Honors Mother with Marion Community

The Gracepoint Homes’ development of Marion is much more than one of the firm’s best-selling communities, it's a loving tribute to the mother of Gracepoint Homes president Tom Cox, Jr., where every facet of the development — from streets to the names of floor plans — has a meaningful family connection.

The community, located in Shenandoah less than a mile from Interstate 45, is named after Marion Cox, who lost her eight-year battle with breast cancer three years ago. Cox had purchased the land for the development shortly before his mother’s death.
