Shelley J. Naiser, managing broker and owner of Shelley Naiser Properties, specializes in residential real estate in central Houston, Texas Medical Center and the Texas 288 corridor specifically Pearland, Manvel, and Highway 6 South.

“We enjoy working with families relocating to the area. Before moving to Pearland two years ago, Naiser sold homes exclusively in central Houston and the Texas Medical Center. With the birth of twin daughters, Abigail and Isabelle, their home in The Heights became a tight fit so the family moved to Shadow Creek Ranch.

Naiser is an active member of the Bellaire chapter of Mothers of Multiples. She is currently president of the organization and plans to launch a chapter in the Pearland area in the near future. How does a mother of twins keep up with the fast moving real estate industry?

“Honestly, technology is my best friend. My clients tend to be young professionals who communicate almost exclusively via email or social media. When a client is relocating from thousands of miles away, they want to see home photos, marketing comps even contracts using today’s technology. And they want a quick response. It’s natural for them, so, that’s the way we do things.”

Naiser works with clients in Houston and the Pearland area’s Silver Lake, Shadow Creek Ranch and Southern Trails. Agent Mary Jennings focuses on Lakes of Savannah, Sedona Lakes, Rodeo Palms and other communities in the Highway 6 area. Her group has recently helped a relocating medical student find an apartment in the Texas Medical Center, found a family with a nine month old a new home in Pearland, and guided a professional couple to a sprawling mid-century home in North Braeswood.
