Cabrera, Rodriguez and Worth invited to Major League Spring Training
The Houston Astros have signed left-handed pitchers Edwar Cabrera and Wandy Rodriguez and infielder Danny Worth to minor league contracts with invitations to Major League Spring Training. The announcement was made by Astros General Manager Jeff Luhnow.
Houston selects Cameron, Eshelman in Comp Round A and second round
HOUSTON, TX - The Houston Astros have completed their selections tonight by picking outfielder Daz Cameron and right-handed pitcher Thomas Eshelman in Day 1 of the June 2015 First-Year Player Draft. Cameron was selected with the first pick in the Competitive Balance Round A (#37 overall) and Eshelman was selected in the second round (#46 overall).
