City of Richmond Awarded Community of the Year by the Texas Chapter APA

The Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA) spotlighted Richmond at their annual Awards conference November 4th in San Antonio by presenting the City the Community of the Year Award. The City of Richmond was awarded this prestigious community award in recognition that the City had stayed true to a vision of growing strategically and following the planning process to control that growth.

Cane Island Takes Home GHBA Community of The Year PRISM Award

Less than a year after its grand opening, Katy’s Cane Island has been named Community of the Year by the Greater Houston Home Builders Association.

The prestigious PRISM Award for Community of the Year is considered one of the top honors presented annually by the GHBA as part of its recognition of the best of the best in local homebuilding. 

Sienna HOAs Win Community of the Year Award

Sienna Plantation Associations took home three awards in the Community Associations Institute Greater Houston Chapter’s inaugural awards gala, including Community of the Year.

The Community of the Year award is given to the community association that exhibits excellence in management, governance, finance and lifestyle. The Sienna associations won in the 3,000-plus units category.

Bridgeland was evaluated, judged and ultimately selected by esteemed industry professionals from across the U.S.
