MISSOURI CITY, TX (March 2, 2015) – Shea Homes, which recently entered the Texas market, will make its Fort Bend County debut this spring in the Village of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Plantation’s newest village. Joining Shea Homes in Sienna for the first time is Westin Homes, another award-winning builder, who is very active in several Johnson Development communities throughout the Houston area.
Shea Homes, the nation’s second-largest privately owned home builder, will open a new model home in April and offer new homes on 35 home sites starting in the high $300’s. “We’re thrilled to make Village of Sawmill Lake our first Fort Bend community,” said Keith Luechtefeld, division president for Shea Homes Houston. “Sienna Plantation has been synonymous with quality and we’re certainly looking forward to carrying on that tradition.”

Another newcomer to Sienna Plantation, longtime Houston-area builder Westin Homes, has built sophisticated, high-quality luxury homes in some of Houston’s most desirable communities since 1994.
Westin Homes will offer new homes on 60-foot home sites along with Meritage Homes; both opening new model homes this spring.
