TRENDMAKER HOMES ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE OF A NEW PHASE OF HOME OFFERINGS FOR SALE AT THE RESERVE AT CLEAR LAKE CITY

Trendmaker Homes has announced the release of new homesites for sale in The Reserve at Clear Lake City, a new master-planned community located in the thriving Clear Lake City area of Houston in Harris County. As the master developer and a builder at The Reserve, Trendmaker has expanded its home offerings with the release of phase II. 

Upon completion, The Reserve will include 740 residences in two distinct product lines: traditional single-family homes on 55-, 70- and 80-foot homesites and luxury patio homes on low-maintenance zero-lot line homesites. As the first new home development in the area in 20 years, the community has been a resounding success since grand opening in July 2015. To date, Trendmaker and its builder partners, Village Builders and CalAtlantic Homes, have sold 65 homes and closed on 21 homes in phase I across both product lines.

Phase II will deliver a total of 86 traditional single-family homes on 70- and 80-foot lots, ranging from 3,285 to 5,090 square feet. Trendmaker’s offering will feature 29 different floor plans with four to five bedrooms, three and a half to five and a half baths, and two- to three-car garages. Prices begin in the low $500,000s. Construction on phase II will begin later this month, and homeowners could move in as early as Fall 2016.

They can also shop at the new HEB Grocery Store-anchored retail center conveniently located near the neighborhood entrance, which will open in mid-February.

Situated east of the Gulf Freeway and south of the Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8), The Reserve provides quick access to both the coast and downtown Houston. Phase III will include new releases of patio homes and homes on 55-foot lots. A release date has not yet been set. 

Sales at The Reserve at Clear Lake City are currently underway with model homes by Trendmaker and its builder partner, Village Builders, available for touring seven days a week.
