The collection of homes offers a tree-filled sanctuary while providing close access to major thoroughfares, shopping, and dining in Cypress and nearby downtown Houston

Trendmaker Homes, a member of the TRI Pointe Group, announced today its grand opening of Hidden Arbor, a new home community located northwest of Houston in the city of Cypress. Trendmaker is offering two distinctive product lines including traditional single-family and Villas patio homes totaling 129 residences. With prices starting from the $380,000s, sales are currently underway with one model home now available for touring daily.

“As both the developer and builder of Hidden Arbor, we are excited to be releasing all 129 residences in one phase,” said Will Holder, president of Trendmaker Homes. “Residents will not only appreciate the beauty and features inside the home but also the community’s natural surroundings including large wooded lots that are deeper than most others in the area.”

The traditional homes range from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet and include one- and two-stories, 70-, 80-, and 90- & 100-foot homesites, 36 floor plans to choose from, four to five bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages. The homes will feature the latest in home designs and high-end features such as granite countertops, “Jack-n-Jill” baths, double ovens, drinking water filtration system, laundry chutes and closet organization system.

Villas patio homes will provide low-maintenance, zero-lot lines, range from 2,500 to 3,000 square feet with six floor plans to choose from. Residents will be offered two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, three-car garages, and high-end features that include granite countertops in both kitchens and baths, built-in and hidden storage, backpack racks, laundry chutes and closet organization system.

As part of Trendmaker’s LivingSmart® program, each home is designed and independently certified to exceed local energy codes and enhanced with money-saving, energy-efficient features throughout.

Hidden Arbor is surrounded by a lush wooded terrain with downtown Houston only minutes away, accessible by US 290 Highway and the recently completed Grand Parkway (99). Shopping and recreational opportunities include The Houston Premium Outlets located a few miles away, Tin Hall, one of the oldest operating dance halls in Texas, and the Berry Center, an $80 million multi-use complex with a football stadium, basketball arena, conference center and other facilities. The Northwest Forest Conference Center, and 80-acre resort and conference center is also nearby. Cypress is served by the highly acclaimed Cypress-Fairbanks (Cy-Fair) Independent School District, the third largest school district in Texas.
