Taylor Morrison’s two Houston divisions made their mark at this year’s Greater Houston Builders Association Houston’s Best PRISM awards, taking home 19 awards while finishing as a finalist in 24 other categories.
The awards included product design wins for communities like Sienna Plantation and The Woodlands for Darling Homes and finalist honors for Bonterra at Woodforest and Alder Trails for Taylor Morrison, as well as personal achievement and recognition in the Volume Builder of the Year category, with Darling Homes winning the overall award while Taylor Morrison was named a finalist.

Darling Homes had a successful night, earning the prestigious award for Houston’s Best PRISM Awards for Volume Builder of the Year. In all, Darling Homes garnered 15 wins and finished as a finalist in 15 other categories.
“It’s an incredible accomplishment to be recognized in each of these categories, and it’s especially rewarding to be named Houston’s Builder of the Year,” said Amy Rino, president of Darling Homes’ Houston division. “These awards reflect our ability to provide quality and luxury homes for Houston buyers.”
Among other wins, Darling Homes was celebrated for its unique and quality craftsmanship for best in product design, interior merchandising and outdoor living space. Darling Homes also received Sales Brochure of the Year and was recognized for best billboard, radio commercial and marketing campaign for its Luxury in Bloom Home Tour. Additional wins included special recognition for Rookie Onsite Sales Professional of the Year and Mortgage Specialist of the Year.
Taylor Morrison received four PRISM statues and nine finalist nominations. Awarded for its cutting edge design and high achieving team members, the company celebrated an impressive collection of wins, including Sales Manager and Sales Professional of the Year, along with Model Park Home Design and Design Center.
Finalist nominations included marketing campaign, patio home, outdoor living space, kitchen, family room, bedroom, product design, interior merchandising and design center associate.
