Sitterle Homes Named 2013 Builder of the Year by San Antonio Board of Realtors ~ Houston Division Opens Strong

The San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) has named Sitterle Homes its 2013 Builder of the Year. The award recognizes Sitterle Homes’ work with the real estate brokerage community. Sitterle was also SABOR’s Builder of the Year in 2011.
“While Sitterle Homes is new in Houston, we’ve been building in San Antonio since 1964. The company will celebrate its 50th anniversary in a few months, in Texas that’s a huge milestone for a privately-owned homebuilder,” said Steve Von Hofe, Houston division president and partner.
In Houston, Sitterle Homes is off to a strong start due, in part, to the development expertise of Johnson Corp. In 2013, Riverstone ranked #6 among the nations’ top-20 selling master-planned communities and Cross Creek Ranch ranked #12, according to a report by John Burns Real Estate Consulting. Imperial Sugar Land, being developed by Johnson Corp., will open in mid-2014.
Sitterle Homes will showcase the Napoli II model in the Pond at Cross Creek in March. Until the model opens, a similar plan can be toured at Providence in Riverstone. Homes prices start in the $300,000s.
Sitterle Homes’ low maintenance, high style Luxury Garden Home Collection is beautifully accented by natural wood and stone, artistic tile, grouped windows, arching hallways, overhead architectural features and finely crafted molding, ceiling beams, art niches and decorative display shelving. Several plans in the collection offer an upstairs living area. Sitterle Homes has won numerous design awards from the San Antonio Builder Association for the collection.
Sitterle Homes has added four prestigious 2013 Spring Parade of Homes awards in the San Antonio division; Best Front Elevation, Best Site Design, Best Landscaping and the Spirit Award for its luxurious custom home design in Cibolo Canyons
