Sitterle Homes is again expanding in Houston, starting presales and model home construction in one of the area’s best-selling developments, Aliana.
The builder is featuring 14 garden home designs in The Lagos neighborhood, an enclave of 45 homesites, many of which border waterways. Pricing begins in the $320,000s, and the homes range from 1,942 to 3,037 square feet. Front lawn and exterior maintenance are included in The Lagos, allowing homeowners to leave worry-free for extended periods, said Steve Von Hofe, partner and Houston Division President for Sitterle Homes. Plus, for a limited time, buyers in The Lagos will receive $20,000 worth of structural options and design upgrades.
Construction of a lifestyle model home has begun featuring one of Sitterle’s newest designs, the Monza II.
“This new design features a generous great room opening to the kitchen and dining area, as well as the inspired architectural detailing that has driven sales in Sitterle’s other Houston communities,” Von Hofe said.
The Lagos neighborhood will feature lush landscaping under design now by landscape architect Action Landscape and Design. The neighborhood is within walking distance of a new Aliana recreation center, opening later this year. The facility will offer swimming, tennis, a fitness center, event lawn, splash pad and more. Aliana is the No. 2 top-selling master-planned community in Houston.
Sitterle Homes also offers garden homes in Cross Creek Ranch, Imperial and Riverstone, and estate homes in Roesner Woods in Katy. For more information on San Antonio-based Sitterle Homes, visit www.sitterlehomes.com.
