CHI St. Luke’s Health Announced as the First Partner in the new Vivacity Medical District at Valley Ranch
CHI St. Luke’s Health and The Signorelli Company, a leading real estate development company based in the Woodlands, have entered into a partnership to serve the healthcare needs of the rapidly growing Northeast quadrant of Houston. Those healthcare needs will be centered within “Vivacity” a 186-acre Medical and Wellness District, located in Valley Ranch, a 1,400 acre Mixed-Use Development. at the intersection of Grand Parkway and I-69 in Northeast Houston.
The “Vivacity” Master Plan calls for over 2.5 million square feet of health, wellness and life science facilities along with hospitality, retail and other conveniences collectively creating a sense of place for the health care community that is quite rare. The desired facilities will encompass a full range of services for health providers, research institutions, physicians and companies focused on health, wellness and life science initiatives. The collective effort, integrating world-class healthcare and advanced technologies will offer a unique environment where the next generation of healthcare can be realized. Pedestrian friendly amenities such as trails, 10-acre Central Park, Lakes and Fountains will all set the tone for the district and are an extension to the already wonderful amenities at Valley Ranch.
