Miramesa Community in Northwest Houston Offering Fresh and Clean Promotion

Miramesa is launching the Fresh and Clean sales promotion May 1-15 that gives homebuyers six months of house cleaning services when purchasing an inventory home and more time to relax at the community pool.

Buyers can make a fresh start in a new home in Miramesa and let someone else do the cleaning with a sweeping new promotion.

During the Miramesa Fresh and Clean sales event, buyers who purchase a new inventory home from May 1-15 in the Cypress community will receive six months of free house cleaning service. In addition, potential homeowners who visit any of Miramesa’s well-appointed model homes will be entered into a drawing for a Roomba robot vacuum.

“Weekends are meant for spending time with family.” said Jennifer Keller, Chief Operating Officer of Land Tejas, developer of Miramesa. “And, by taking advantage of this cleaning-service promotion, we hope that homeowners and their families will be able to spend a little more time enjoying the pool and playgrounds in Miramesa, Canyon Lakes West and Stone Gate.”

More than two dozen inventory homes by builders K. Hovnanian Homes, Ashton Woods, Century Communities, Lennar Homes, Gehan Homes, Censeo Homes, Anglia Homes, David Weekly Homes, Meritage Homes, Westin Homes and Perry Homes are available. Many feature options and upgrades such as hardwood floors, studies and media rooms. Homes are priced from the $200,000s to the $400,000s.

The 780-acre community located south of U.S. 290 on Fry Road also offers a number of amenities including a recreation complex featuring a 3,000-square-foot clubhouse with exercise facilities and meeting space overlooking a resort-style pool.
