The newest master-planned community adjacent to The Woodlands, Lakes at Creekside, has opened its first two model homes by M/I Homes and Village Builders as the community readies for its first phase of new homes from the $390’s to $1 million.
Situated near the southwest corner of Kuykendahl and Hufsmith Roads, the 286-acre Lakes at Creekside is expected to attract families seeking a nearby alternative to The Woodlands in addition to those relocating to the area for nearby employment centers. The community also is three miles from the Grand Parkway and six miles from the new ExxonMobil campus.
M/I Homes is offering one- and two story plans, from the $390’s - $710’s, featuring gourmet kitchens, large breakfast bars, spacious family rooms, formal dining rooms, owner suites, game rooms, media rooms and several builder options. Fifteen plans with three, four and five bedrooms range from 2,752 – 5,331 square feet.
Luxury homes by Village Builders, from the $450’s - $500’s feature chef-inspired, gourmet kitchens, spacious living and entertaining spaces, second-floor game rooms, dedicated media rooms and first-floor master suites. Plans by Village Builders range from 2,757 to 3,772 square feet including its Next Gen® home, perfect for any dual living or multi-generational living arrangement.
The new models by M/I Homes and Village Builders, both fully furnished and professionally decorated, are open daily. A new model by Trendmaker Homes is expected to open this spring.
Upon completion, the northwest Houston community by J. Alan Kent Development will include 700 new homes, eight lakes and a recreation center featuring one of the area’s only eight-lane, swim team-compliant pools, a big plus given the popularity of competition swimming in the area.
“In addition to designing our pool for competitive swimming, we’re creating plenty of green space and sitting areas for competitors and their families to enjoy between races,” says Vanessa Kent Stroberg of J. Alan Kent Development.
The community also will feature a splash pad, spacious fitness center, walking paths and two open-air pavilions.
Lakes at Creekside residents will attend schools in the Tomball and Klein Independent School Districts. The community also is minutes from shopping and dining in Creekside Park Village Center, anchored by an all-new H-E-B Creekside Market, and several early childhood education and care schools.
J. Alan Kent Development, developer of Lakes at Creekside, also is the developer of Stone Gate Court, Sterling Gate Estates, The Lakes of Sterling Gate and The Creeks at Augusta Pines.
