Lennar Expands Fort Bend County Presence, Begins New Home Sales in Veranda

Lennar has expanded its presence in Fort Bend County where the Greater Houston Builders Association 2016 Builder of the Year has initiated new home sales in Veranda, the area’s newest master-planned community nestled in historic Richmond.

With a presence in more Houston communities than any other homebuilder, Lennar enters Veranda with single and two-story plans on 50-homesites from its top-selling Brookstone Collection and plans from its Texas Reserve Collection, coming soon, on 70-foot homesites.

Starting in the $240s, three- and four-bedroom plans feature an inviting family room, gourmet island kitchen with breakfast nook, first-floor master suite with en suite bathroom, spacious secondary bedrooms, second-floor game room and oversized covered patio.  Options include first-floor study, family room corner fireplace and second-floor media room, among others.

Lennar plans in Veranda range from 2,172 – 2,871 square feet with quick move-in homes available.

Lennar’s Next Gen® Home within a Home, ideal for dual living arrangements, also is offered in the Fort Bend community.  The Next Gen concept combines the features of a luxury home with a full private suite complete with bedroom, bathroom, optional laundry area, kitchenette and living area.  The suite also is accessible from a separate and private front entry.

Veranda is located near the northwest corner of Williams Way Boulevard and U.S. 59, giving residents quick access to shopping, dining and entertainment in Richmond and Sugar Land.  The community also is accessible to major employment centers via the nearby Grand Parkway and U.S. 59.

Lennar is part of Lennar Corp., established in 1954 as one of the nation’s leading new homebuilders.
