Developer Land Tejas won three Houston’s Best PRISM Awards in a recent ceremony and was named a finalist in 10 other categories in the annual event hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association.
Land Tejas was honored with 13 awards at the Greater Houston Builders Association’s 2017 Houston’s Best PRISM awards, recognizing the industry’s top performers in sales, marketing and development.
The Houston-based developer won in three categories and received finalist trophies in 10 others. The winning awards were for Marketing Campaign of the Year, Internet Marketing Campaign of the Year and Direct Mail Piece - Business to Business. All three honors were for Lago Mar, Land Tejas’ Texas City community.
“We are delighted to have been recognized by our peers in the industry,” said Jennifer Keller, President and Chief Operating Officer of Land Tejas.
The Lago Mar campaigns coupled the tagline, “Where Life is a Breeze,” with images of children flying kites and families playing on the beach to connect prospective buyers with the idea of home and family. The strategy was carried out utilizing digital messages and ads, prospect newsletters, direct mail pieces, brochures, print ads, Realtor deliveries and social media.
Lago Mar was a finalist in two other categories: Website of the Year and Sales Brochure of the Year.
Land Tejas communities Miramesa, Harmony and Wedgewood Forest garnered recognition, as well. Miramesa was a finalist in four categories including Community of the Year. Harmony was a finalist in the Master-planned Community Recreation Center of the Year and Wedgewood Forest was a finalist for Billboard of the Year.
Land Tejas also was a finalist for the Grand PRISM Award for Promotion.
“It has been a very busy and gratifying year for Land Tejas,” Keller said. “We could not have done it without such a gifted team of individuals dedicated to creating warm, welcoming communities with state-of-the-art amenities for our buyers.”
