Job Duties: Assist in the enrollment and retention of members for a premier private country club. Process membership applications, membership changes and charges. Establish relationships with vendors and members. Maintain membership records, send out notifications, and prepare advertisements or correspondence regarding the club and its programs. Call members to check up on membership and to ensure success of club events. Maintain website and social media. Schedule kids programming and assist with the function of others. Perform a variety of administrative tasks. Report to Membership Director.
A level of creativity is required
A bachelor's degree in communication is preferred or 1-2 years of experience in related field
Must be very organized and self motivated
Proficient in social media and website maintenance
Golf knowledge is a plus
Typical work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday from 9-5. Some flexibility required. Holidays required.
