Grand Central Park Homebuilder Begins Pre-Sales, Announces Pricing and Plans

Darling Homes, the first new homebuilder to sign on at Grand Central Park, has introduced plans and pricing for its Signature Patio Collection as the luxury Houston homebuilder begins pre-selling homes in the new master-planned community just minutes north of The Woodlands.

Several one-story plans from 2,300 – 3,000 square feet are available offering homebuyers the opportunity to enjoy luxury lifestyle patio homes on lush, wooded homesites in Grand Central Park’s West Village with immediate access to Loop 336 and I-45.

Starting in the $370s, Darling’s three-bedroom layouts feature open-plan family room with cozy breakfast nook, gourmet island kitchen, formal dining, secluded owner’s suite with foyer entrance, media room, secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets and expansive covered porch. Plus, families can choose options including wine storage, master bay window, outdoor fireplace, second-floor attic storage and three-car garage.

A new, fully furnished model by Darling Homes will open later this year.            

New homes in Grand Central Park are minutes from The Woodlands, the ExxonMobil corporate campus, George Bush Intercontinental Airport and Conroe North-Houston Airport.
