Drees Custom Homes has opened a new model in the Cypress community of Towne Lake where it offers homes priced from the $400,000s.
Drees Custom Homes recently debuted a new model home in Towne Lake, the latest of many the builder has opened in the Houston area.
Drees’ Sorrena design at 10919 Dew Meadows Court opened recently in the upscale Cypress community. Coming in at a little over 4,000 square feet, the four-bedroom model features 4.5 baths, a spacious family room with beamed ceiling, a game room and a three-car garage as well as the builder’s signature family ready room — a maximized utility room with extra cabinets and counter space.
“It’s a fabulous home with great spaces for entertaining,’ said Houston sales manager Chris Olson. “The family room has a beautiful sliding door that opens to the optional outdoor living area, creating indoor and outdoor conversational areas. The outdoor space offers two seating areas. One is on the expansive covered patio and the other is in front of an amazing fireplace next to the outdoor kitchen. There also is a media room adjacent to the game room for indoor fun. “
Drees offers 11 floor plans for 70-foot properties in Towne Lake, ranging from 2,760 to 4,478 square feet. The neighborhood is priced from the $400,000s. The builder also offers 10 designs for 95-properties in Towne Lake’s custom neighborhood of Water’s Edge at Towne Lake. Homes there range from 3,500 to 5,284. Prices start from the $530,000s.
Earlier this the year, Drees opened models in Royal Brook at Kingwood and Grand Central Park in Conroe. The Kenwood II is one of 11 plans, priced from the $420,000s, the builder offers in Royal Brook. Drees chose its Kentshire plan as an example of the nine plans it offers in Grand Central Park. Homes there are priced from the $400,000s.
A new model, showcasing homes to be built in a new 70-foot neighborhood in Richmond’s Long Meadow Farms, is expected to open in late spring.
