Drees Custom Home Debuts Model in Conroe's Harper's Preserve

Drees Custom Homes has opened its second Houston-area model home, a two-story design in Harper’s Preserve in Conroe.

The 4,535-square-foot model, at 10537 Lake Palmetto Drive, features a two-story family room, downstairs guest suite, a family ready room with built-in dog bed and an outdoor living area with a fire pit and kitchen. Upstairs, sliding barn doors separate the media room from the game room, creating an entertainment zone for family and friends. The four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is base priced in the $520,000s.

“These homes are being built in the prestigious East Village of Harper’s Preserve and are on the largest properties offered in the gated community,” said Jay McManus, Houston division president for Drees Custom Homes. “The spacious floor plans are a nice complement to the array of designs we are offering Houston home buyers.”

Drees Custom Homes has seven floor plans in Harper’s Preserve, including two single-story designs with more than 3,500 square feet. The other homes have as much as 4,839 square feet and five bedrooms. Pricing is from the $490,000s. Many of the available homesites in the East Village of Harper’s Preserve are wooded and on cul-de-sacs, and nearly one-third of the properties border lakes or have lake views.

In addition, Santa will be visiting 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at the West Village Pool Barn to greet and take pictures with children. Visitors can register to win door prizes and are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Star of Hope Holiday Drive.
