Concerts, Superhero Night and Campout Highlights - Don't forget the Three-Game Homestand with the Sugar Land Skeeters

The Skeeters return home for a three-game homestand at Constellation Field on Friday, August 5 against the Somerset Patriots beginning at 7:05 p.m. CT. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m. CT. Friday, August 5 (Gates open at 6:00 p.m.)

  • Superhero Night: Fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite superhero character for Superhero Night courtesy of Bedrock City Comics.  A select number of lucky fans with the best costume will win a special Skeeters prize.
  • Firework Friday: The Skeeters will have a spectacular postgame firework show courtesy of Leigh Country Furniture.
  • Boy Scout Campout: Join the Sugar Land Skeeters for the 5th Annual Boy Scout Sleepover Night at Constellation Field. The Sleepover package includes: a ticket to the Skeeters game, pre-game parade on the field, one of a kind Skeeters patch, midnight snack, movie on the Texas-sized video board, campout on the field and a complimentary breakfast provided by Whataburger. Saturday, August 6 (Gates open at 5:00 p.m.)

  • 80s Night/Spazmatics Postgame Concert: The Skeeters will feature The Spazmatics on Saturday night for 80s night. The Spazmatics will perform after the game and all ticket holders for Saturday night’s game will have FREE entry to the concert. Fans will gain access to the field once the game is complete to watch the concert in the outfield.
  • Military Appreciation Night: The Sugar Land Skeeters would like to thank all active, retired, and future U.S. Military members for their dedicated service with a FREE Skeeters game ticket. Sunday, August 7 (Gates open at 5:00 p.m.)

  • Pre-Game Performance: The Skeeters will feature Texas country artist Max Flinn for a pre-game performance at the Bud Light Ice House.
  • Sunday Funday: Catch on the Field, Kids Run the Bases (sponsored by Larry Caldwell), autographs, and more.



Following this brief three-game homestand, the Skeeters will return to action at Constellation Field on Monday, August 15-18 hosting the Lancaster Barnstormers and the Long Island Ducks from August 19-21. The homestand will mark the beginning of 14 of 20 games the Skeeters will play at home battling for the second half Freedom Division title.
