Cane Island Opens Three New Models by Shea Homes, David Weekley Homes

Cane Island has expanded its model home collection to 14 fully furnished showcases with the opening of two new models by Shea Homes, its first in the Katy master-planned community, and a third by David Weekley Homes.

Priced from the $430’s, Shea Homes offers several three, four and five-bedroom plans from 2,975 - 4,672 square feet featuring great rooms ideal for entertaining, gourmet kitchens, impressive master suites and spacious secondary bedrooms.
