BRIDGELAND® WINS GOLD AWARD FOR “BEST TV COMMERCIAL” AT THE NATIONALS 2016 COMPETITION

Newest Bridgeland TV Commercial Highlights Abundant Community Amenities and Lifestyle

Topping both national and international entrants, Bridgeland® received the Gold Award for “Best TV Commercial” at The Nationals 2016 Gold Awards. Presented by the National Sales & Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), The Nationals pay tribute to superior new home sales and marketing achievements. Gold Award winners were announced on Tuesday, January 19 during NAHB’s International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.

With striking cinematography and an unforgettable sound track, the newest television commercial for Bridgeland, “We’ve Arrived”, highlights the amenity-rich and nature-oriented lifestyle for which the 11,400-acre master planned community has become known. With more than 3,000 acres dedicated to lakes, trails and parks, Bridgeland offers the tranquility of a seemingly untouched natural environment while also providing the convenience of modern facilities.

The commercial debuted in February 2015 to coincide with the grand opening of Hidden Creek, the largest section built within Bridgeland thus far with 1,000 homesites set along 142 acres of lakes and waterways. “We’ve Arrived” was a collaboration from the master planned community marketing team and John Manlove Marketing & Communications. Alongside the vibrant footage shot on-site by Kerry Shaw Brown of LA.B Films, the team worked with Pure Evil Music to develop an original song that would resonate with target audiences. After auditioning multiple singers, the team selected 24-year-old, Dallas-based performer Riley Deaver.

Immediately following the commercial’s debut, viewers began to inquire about downloading the song. As a result, We've Arrived,” featuring Riley Deaver by Hook Society is now available on iTunes and all other major digital music sites.

In October 2015, Bridgeland won eight prestigious awards at the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards in several developer categories including “Best TV Commercial,” “Best Event of the Year,” “Best Brochure,” “Best Marketing Campaign,” “Best Print Ad,” “Best Interactive Point of Sale” and “Best Website” as well as the “Grand Award Promotion” recognizing the developer who won the most categories for their advertising efforts. Houston’s Best PRISM Awards are hosted by Greater Houston Builders Association.
