Animated 3-D Video of Conroe’s Grand Central Park Now Available at Community’s New Website

An all-new, three-dimensional animated concept video that immerses viewers in the sights and sounds of Conroe’s Grand Central Park is now available at the master-planned community’s new website, www.GrandCentralParkTX.com.

Viewers will find themselves heading down the tree-lined sidewalks of Grand Central Park’s vibrant Town Center while shoppers browse in quaint shops and boutiques and cars pass by amidst the sounds of pop fountains, festival gatherings and other outdoor activities.

The five-minute video then hovers above the trees of Town Center before heading over to 336 MARKETPLACE, a regional shopping, dining and entertainment destination, and Grand Central Park’s luxury patio homes, town homes and single-family residences on beautiful wooded sites.

The new website also offers a new master-plan map of the 2,046-acre community, information on schools in the Conroe Independent School District and a look at the unique, natural amenities and special lifestyle of Grand Central Park.

Visitors to the Grand Central Park website can go to the Find A Home page to join the community’s VIP e-mail list for up-to-date information including Grand Central Park builder selections planned for the end of summer 2015.

Construction of new homes will begin in early 2016 in the village to be known as Grand Central Park West at the northwest corner of the master-planned community where residents will enjoy immediate access to Loop 336 and nearby I-45.

The master-planned community is strategically located in the heart of Montgomery County, 10 miles from Lone Star Executive Airport and 30 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.   Residents of Grand Central Park West also will be minutes from Conroe Regional Medical Center, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital, Texas Children’s Health Center – The Woodlands, and Houston Methodist Hospital, opening in The Woodlands in 2017.
