Metrostudy of Houston reported 8,403 new home starts in the second quarter of 2008. The increase of 1,441 homes or a 21 percent increase over the first quarter, January - March 31, 2008. The jump in home starts indicates that Houston is leading the nation in the new home market. To read full article, click here
