Taylor Morrison is hosting the first of two opening events at Avalon at Riverstone on Thursday, February 2 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., where VIPs will get a first look at prices, floor plans, features, incentives and home sites. To attend, an RSVP is required call 281-780-4652.
Information will be available at the Sales & Information office temporarily located off University Boulevard and Lake Riverstone Drive. Sales associates and specialists from Taylor Morrison Home Funding will be on hand to answer questions.
Sales associate, Roger Ratliff, will handle sales in the 60-ft. section, Ed Mercado will be over the 70-ft. section, and Sugar Land native Bobbie Alexander will manage sales in the 80-ft. section.
On the following Saturday, February 4, presales activities will get underway on a first come, first served basis starting at 10:00 a.m. To reserve a home site, a buyer must be prequalified and pay earnest money. Sales associates will set appointments with home buyers to prepare contracts at a later date.
Avalon at Riverstone is the fifth Avalon-branded community Taylor Morrison has developed in Fort Bend County. Since being announced in 2011, Avalon at Riverstone has been widely covered in local and national media as the last heavily wooded site in Sugar Land to be developed.
Steve Von Hofe, Division President for Morrison Homes, said Taylor Morrison planned to save and showcase as many of the towering hardwoods as possible. In addition, there will be home sites on three lakes, Alcorn Bayou and in an exclusive reserve.
The gated entrance to Avalon at Riverstone will front on an extension of University Boulevard currently under construction. Taylor Morrison is offering single-family homes priced from the mid-$200,000s to the mid $600,000s. The Inspired Series, designed for multigenerational families, will be available on 70-ft. and 80-ft. lots. In addition, the Chateau Series will be introduced on 60-ft. home sites.
Residents of Avalon at Riverstone will have full access to all the amenities available at Riverstone, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, 2-acre park, 5-acre dog park, 89 acres of lakes and 6.5 miles of trails. Future amenities include 24-miles of walking trails and a major recreation center on a 17-acre site just east of Avalon at Riverstone. The complex will feature a resort pool, 12 tennis courts, pavilion, playground and an 8,000 sq. ft. clubhouse.
Children living in Avalon at Riverstone will attend Commonwealth Elementary School, Fort Settlement Middle School and Elkins High School schools in the Fort Bend Independent School District. These schools have received Exemplary or Recognized ratings, the top rankings issued by the Texas Education Association.
