Caldwell Companies announced today that Toll Brothers, Inc. will bring its nationally known, high quality, luxury homes to Towne Lake, Caldwell's growing master planned community in Cypress, Texas. Beginning in late summer 2012, Toll Brothers will build homes starting in the upper $400s in Vista Shores, a new section of the Towne Lake community that features 44 home sites including 26 sites with water frontage.
Toll Brothers will offer fourteen single-family home designs with multiple exterior elevations to choose from and a variety of additional features, including one- and two-story homes, downstairs guest suites, two staircases, and three- and four-car garages. Buyers are able to personalize their new homes with upgraded finishes that allow each home to be unique.
