Taylor Morrison has announced plans for a gated golf course enclave called Estates at Fairway Crossing in Fall Creek. The 50 home sites in the Estates at Fairway Crossing back up to the Redstone Golf Course or a natural creek. Estates at Fairway Crossing will feature the largest non-custom home sites on the golf course. Home prices range from the mid-$300,000s to $600,000s.

     Taylor Morrison is offering 13 one- and two-story plans with 3,265 to 5,491 square feet on 80-ft. home sites. The Treviso model will open during Fall Creek's Open Homes Spectacular in May and grand open in June. Fall Creek is being developed by Johnson Development Corp. developers of master-planned communities in the Houston area for over three decades, including Riverstone and Sienna Plantation in Fort Bend County.
