Newmark Homes Houston LLC has agreed to purchase most of the Houston assets of national homebuilder TOUSA Inc.
Newmark Homes Houston was created by Newmark Homes co-founder Lonnie Fedrick, who will serve as chairman of the newly formed company, and former TOUSA Houston president Mike Moody, who will serve as president and CEO. To read full story, visit houston.bizjournals.com
