Houston has nabbed the Top 10 spot on Hotwire.com’s Travel Value Index as an affordable destination. Leading the list was Orlando, Fla. followed by Atlanta, Denver, Dallas-Fort Worth and Phoenix. Coming in behind the Bayou City were Los Angeles, Tampa, Fla., Washington, D.C. and Chicago. Hotwire.com rated cities in terms of airfare, hotel rates, car rental prices and entertainment offerings.
