Charles has spoken to almost every sales and marketing council in the country over the past 20 years. Charles is the creator and author of "Bulls, Owls, Lambs and Tigers: Personality Sales and Marketing" and will be presenting new material to us having to do with selling in a down economy and how to make every lead count!
