Attention Members:
The security of your First Service Credit Union account(s) is our highest priority. As fraud and identity theft become more prevalent it is our responsibility to put systems in place to keep your account(s) as safe as possible.
Effective immediately, we will require you to update your HomeNetâ„¢ (home banking) password at least one time in a 12-month period. When it is time to make the change you will be prompted as you login.
Starting November 1st, we will begin taking extra measures to verify your identity as you do business with us. We may need an updated valid photo ID for our records, we may ask to see your valid photo ID more often, and/or we may ask you some additional security questions about your account and so on. In advance of this we encourage you to contact us to set-up a Security Password for your account. While this is not required, it will certainly aid us in our efforts.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but appreciate your patience as we do our very best to protect your account(s).
Thank you,
The First Service Management Team
