Mary Elizabeth Marx is a shareholder in the tax department with Harper & Pearson Company, P.C. She is an entrepreneurial accountant responsible for working with closely held businesses, individuals and families to keep them abreast of changes in the law and assist them in achieving their goals.

Mary Elizabeth was previously a shareholder with Marx & Company until her practice merged with Harper & Pearson Company, P.C. in 2001.  She also has experience as a shareholder with Werlein & Harris in the tax department and as a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service.
