            Crosby ISD is located in the beautiful forested region just east of Lake Houston, and is the district in the region which is large enough to offer an excellent academic program yet small enough to identify the needs of its students.  Teachers in Crosby ISD have an average of 12 years of teaching experience, which accounts for the outstanding SAT scores and college preparatory achievement equal to the finest districts in Texas.

            Crosby ISD’s mission statement states that the district is committed “to producing literate, responsible citizens capable of learning and applying academic and social skills successfully in any life setting”.  The district is comprised of one high school, one middle school and three elementary schools, and a kindergarten.  Youth sports programs are available year round.
