Community Chamber of Commerce of East Montgomery County was founded in 1990, and is governed by a 15-member board of directors and has over 370 members. The Chamber's service area includes the U S Highway 59 corridor from the Harris County line to the Liberty County line. East Montgomery County is a key target market for growth in the greater Houston area and we would like to invite you to visit us. Numerous residential and commercial developments are underway with more being planned. Lake Houston Park is also conveniently located just east of Hwy 59. The Chamber’s mission is to promote the economic growth and the quality of life of the area. Through small business seminars held in conjunction with the East Montgomery County Improvement District, and the Small Business Development Center of the North Harris Montgomery Community College District, invaluable information for sustained growth is presented.
